Document annotation issues

Hi,

I am evaluating the software and have installed the setup on local environment

I am using the latest version 1.12.23 with the temporary license.

I noticed following issue :

  1. The document quality is poor when the zoom level is more than 100%.

  2. It was observed that the performance is very bad and it take around 2-3 minutes, sometimes more when trying to open a file of size around 1.5 MB (either .docx or .xlsx)

  3. All annotation features not available when opening an .xlsx file. Only highlight is available.

Are these issue with the paid version too and just exist with temporary license ? If not, How to fix the same?

Can you please tell, where did you download this version? These are the latest API releases.
