Is there any update on this issue?
Hello @kswati2206 ,
Unfortunately, our team is still working on improving multi level bullet conversion and is not yet able to provide a fix for the issue mentioned above.
After further investigation, we found that the “incorrect bullet rendering” is caused by a font substitution problem.
The text in the problematic paragraph (see Screenshot1.png (82.6 KB)) is actually using the “Carlito” font, as explicitly defined in the document’s content settings (document.xml, see second Screenshot2.png (53.0 KB)).
Once we installed the “Carlito” font locally and re-saved the DOCX file, the checkboxes in that paragraph disappeared completely.
You can verify this behavior on your end by installing the “Carlito” font manually.
We will keep you informed if any updates become available regarding this issue.
