AutoCAD DWG preview with GroupDocs.Viewer Cloud API

I was trying to GroupDocs Cloud Online Viewer,but the viewer shows me a blank page.

So does GroupDocs truely support *.dwg preview, or it’s a bug?

File attachment:

“dwg preview via cloud.gif” is opetation record.

“visualization_-_sun_and_sky_sample.zip” is sample file.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We are GroupDocs customer, and we used viewer .net version in our product.
So could you please give ETA about this issue, because this would seriously damage our reputation for providing consistant stable service to our internal users.

GroupDocs viewer for .net, the dll version is 2.18.0.0

If there's a patch or hotfix, could you send it to us ASAP?

Thank you for coming back. You use a very old (not supported any more) version of the Viewer and in this version the AutoCAD 2017 doesn’t supported at all. This version of the AutoCAD is supported in the latest version of the Viewer but the issue with your document is reproduced in it as well. We will fix it and then notify you about the new release.

To be able to use the fixed version when it will be released you will need to migrate to the latest version of the Viewer which is UI less and please investigate this documentation for how to migrate

Thanks for your reply, we are still waiting for the new fixed release on your cloud and .net, we planed a GroupDocs DWG file preview demo for others, so we hope to get the fix ASAP.

We used the .net viewer version 17.8 to preview dwg&dxf, it works now.
