Converting certain HTML to PDF ignores 'nowrap' rules in HTML table .NET

The issue first showed up in version 25.9, and changes in Conversion later broke the fix. We resolved it in GroupDocs.Total for .NET 26.3 and added visual tests to prevent regressions.
