Converting Chinese or Kanji text file result in blocks in pdf file

My Excel font is HGMaruGothic MPRO
But there is no corresponding font in the fonts directory I specified, only MS PGotic, but there is no square in the PDF. In theory, it should be a square. Do you know why this is?
