Hi, we got an error loading a Word file with track changes enabled.

groupdocs-editor.version: 23.2
java.version: 11

Error: Node type ‘14’ (‘14’) and corresponding instance of ‘com.groupdocs.editor.internal.c.a.w.zzWJS’ class, which is preceded by ‘8’ node and followed by ‘8’ node, currently are not supported on a Block level

  • Example code or application for reproducing the issue
  • Are you currently evaluating the API in trial mode (without a license)?

Are you using the Spring demo?

Hi, we have an implemented project but we are using the Spring demo to replicate the error clearly, If we edit the file with MS WORD and accept all the changes the file is correctly loaded.

I would appreciate knowing if there is a follow-up on this issue.
