GroupDocs.Parser for .NET reports error when creating Parser

There is a scenario in dlp: after the user edits the file and saves it, the file needs to be parsed, and the user still needs to open the file at this time.
When the doc and xlsx files are opened by the office application, an error will be reported when creating the Parser, indicating that the current file is opened by other processes (the priority is the highest at this time).
How to solve it?

Could you please share following details and we’ll look into this scenario:

  • GroupDocs.Editor API version that you are using
  • Sample code that you are using to parse the document/file
  • Do you face same issue with PDF as well or just with MS Office files?

  • The API version of GroupDocs.Editor is 23.3
  • The sample code has been uploaded
  • At present, only word and excel files are found, but ppt and pdf files do not have this problem.

It looks like you are using GroupDocs.Pareser instead of GroupDocs.Editor. Could you please clarify? Are you using both APIs together?
