GroupDocsException License parsing error due to xercesimpl.jar file

When we have groupdocs.conversion jar (23.5 / 23.2 / 22.12.1 /22.11 versions) and xercesimpl.jar (2.12.2) together , we see following license parsing exception:

Exception: class com.groupdocs.conversion.legacy.exceptions.GroupDocsException: class com.groupdocs.conversion.internal.c.a.s.exceptions.G: License parsing error —> java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Property http://javax.xml.XMLConstants/property/accessExternalDTD is not recognized. —

We can not remove xercesimpl.jar from project. Is this a known issue? Can you please take a look into it.

We are also facing same issue, if we try to update any version above 22.8.1 we are getting same error.
Please let us know if any quick fix is there on this?
