GroupDocsParserException when indexing very old doc file

Hello,

We get an exception when trying to index an old doc file:

GroupDocs.Parser.Exceptions.GroupDocsParserException: The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded.
   at .(Stream , LoadOptions )
   at .(Nullable`1 , TextOptions )
   at GroupDocs.Parser.Parser.GetText(TextOptions options)
   at .(Document ,  , String )

I can open the file in MsWord without problems… Not sure, why it does not work with GroupDocs. Maybe, because it’s very old (1996-2000)…

We couldn’t reproduce this issue at our end. Please take a look at this screenshot (31.8 KB). Could you please share the sample code or application using that issue could be reproduced?

We are getting it via the event:

        index.Events.ErrorOccurred += OnIndexingErrorOccurred;

This issue is actually relying on resolution of another internal ticket. We are still working on the fix.

After a thorough investigation, we have determined that the source file you provided appears to be corrupted. We ran different tests on this document and it prevents us from processing.
