I am using watermark library in a spring web application. Some files take too long to apply watermark and this causing request to timeout. Is there a way like callback provided to know the progress of watermark and an extension hook is provided to stop watermarking after a timeout?
This is very essential to server applications so that other threads won’t starve, and good throughput can be achieved.

Spring Boot: 2.7
Operating System: Ubuntu
