Https://eu-api.groupdocs.com giving 503 server error

Hi Pavel,

It’s not getting better. When trying to create a contract we get the following message after 5 minutes. I have been testing the whole day and it was coming down to 1min 40 at best around 1pm (it was always 40 seconds before).

At the moment clients are unable to create contracts and therefore cannot sign.

What is going on – we need stability and previous performance now after 2 days. This is not sustainable.

Hi @mike7, If you use eu-api.groupdocs.com server then please switch to the api.groupdocs.com instead of eu-api.groupdocs.com it should work better.

Hi Pavel, We getting a 401 error when using our Client ID and Private key from eu-apps.

Please email me the correct ones for api.groupdocs.com

The above 401 error is when we try using our credentials for api.groupdocs.com. Please email me the credentials for this server.

Hi @mike7 You can get the Client ID and Private key from your account registered at https://apps.groupdocs.com/ . Or if you don’t want to change anything We can try to replace the ids with those from eu server.

Hi @mike7, We have made some optimisations on the EU server and hopefully the response times should be lower. Please try it.
