May I know on what VM parameters (and Heap Size) and Environment you have tested?
Be informed that there can be multiple request for conversion in a single pod in Production environment. Can you please check the same with JMeter allowing to accept more than say at least 10 requests at a time?

Also, we have already shared the required files (Heap Dump analysis), code used and video demo of the issue over email. Its been more than a month we have escalated this issue. In previous conversations you pointed out that rows are > 2000 so it is creating issue. Does this mean the product has limitations after 2000 rows ?
Its just a patience test being taken by not getting into the root cause and asking to share the proofs.
