Production Server - There is no such Reviewer error

Hi,



There is no problem doing the annotation kn localhost. Everything is fine and annotation is working well.



However in production, everytime thee annotation page loads, the error message pops up “There is no such Reviewer.” and annotation is not working anymore but you can view the file.



Please help. Thanks!
