Your installer stops the process demanding that I Install .NET 3.1.0 Runtime which is an END of LIFE file from the developers. I do have installed newer ones such as the . NET 3.1.2 Core Runtime, the .NET 5.0 Runtime the .NET 6.0 Runtime and the .NET 9,0 Runtime (the latest).
In spite of all those options -all of them newer than the 3.1.0 you demand) the installation is stopped, and there IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can do to bypass this hurdle to install your software.
I would much appreciate your intervention to provide me a working solution for this concerning situation.

Could you please provide more details about the version of GroupDocs.Total you are trying to install and the specific error message you are receiving during the installation process?

When I run your installer the message I receive from it is the following:

(Options given for me to choose are Yes or No.) When I click on the YES on your installer it opens a .NET downloads webpage showing the following NOTICE:

That is all I can tell You from my end of things.
As I said on my original request I do have installed on my Windows 10 PC: .NET 3.1.2 .NET 5.0 .NET 6.0 and .NET 9.0 The last 3 are the Runtime Versions
I now hope that you will be able to offer me the solution for Me to install and start using your free software.
