1:1 Font Conversion Failure observed

We are encountering an issue with a failed 1:1 font conversion when using the “Embed only the characters used in the document” option in Word to embed our fonts. We have been previously advised to use this option to manage our file sizes, as embedding all fonts (including common system fonts) causes our file sizes to increase dramatically. We are concerned about hitting our file limits and need a solution that allows fonts to be embedded appropriately without ballooning file sizes. Two files are attached, one that is appropriately embedding fonts with the “Embed only the characters used in the document” option (Server_L43) and one that is only appropriately embedding fonts with “Embed fonts in the file” option with no sub options selected (Server_S5).

@amitdash

Could you please provide more details about the specific error message or behavior you are encountering with the 1:1 font conversion failure?

Courier New font shows issue while the other one prints as expected.

Hello @amitdash ,

In order for us to investigate this issue, could you please provide the full code sample you are using for the conversion, as well as the test file and the fonts you are trying to add?
You also mentioned that you attached sample files, but it seems something went wrong and we are currently unable to see them.
Could you please reattach the files in your message or share them with us via any cloud storage link?
