We are reviewing to buy GroupDocs.Annotation for .Net. In the features list it states that you can assign access rights to annotations. I couldn’t find any reference for this in the documentation. Can you point me to any reference for the specific feature?

Currently Annotation API have no such functionality. It was removed more than year ago because it’s not related to working with annotation functionality and it should be implemented
by end user outside of the Annotation product in order to be more flexible and suitable for the user’s needs.
If you have an idea what access right system do you want - share it with us and we could
help you (create small example with access rights).
