I know you mentioned that mutex fix is included in 18.3.Can you double check.The last fix you gave me had has this word in in xml file “Releases mutex”.But in 18.3 xml file attached, i dont see anything like “Releases mutex” .I know fix might be in 18.3, can you double checkGroupDocs.Viewer.zip (22.8 KB)

18.3 versions seems to work with our current license file.Can you double check the same license we used for version 17.4 is good with 18.3.I know it will work, but i am just double checking

Yes, your license will work perfectly with version 18.3. As per the information you have provided, your subscription expiry date is 10th January 2019. Hence, your license will work with all the versions that are released before this date.
