Accessing/Opening multiple documents simultaneously

Hi,


I am using groupdocs API for .Net, version 17.2 and am unable to open multiple documents simultaneously. The GetResourceForHtml API starts referring to the last opened document’s storage/cache folder to process all the requests. This leads to 404/no response for resources that are a part of my first opened document. This is a critical issue for us as we have multiple users viewing documents in group docs. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Your mentioned issue is not related to the back-end GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET API. There might be some issue in the front end application. Please mention if you are using any of the Showcase applications. Furthermore, if possible, please share with us the screenshots or the screen recording of this issue. This may help us to investigate the issue.

Thanks for the information. Based on your reply, we studied the code and found the issue. The storage path’s weren’t updating in the controller. We have fixed it in our code.
