Adobe formats like IDMS or IDML support in document conversion API for .NET

Hi,

I like the existing functionality but would really need this to support the Adobe-Formats IDMS/IDML (XML-based format used by Adobe InDesign) too.

Are there any plans to support these in the future?

Can you please specify the API that must support such a file formats? We’ll then look into the possibilities.

In a perfect world these formats should be supported similar to DOCX (with Viewer, Search, Editor etc.).

As a first step it would be very valuable + helpful if conversion to (and from?) PDF and HTML and PNG is possible.

We have logged your request in our internal issue tracking system with ID CONVERSIONNET-3972. We’ll now further investigate the possibility to implement the requested file formats in GroupDocs.Conversion for .NET API. As there’s any update, you’ll be notified.
