Testing out GroupDocs and liking it. Is there any support for Analytics (GA in particular) - some other products enable you to assign GA codes to get analytics for number of times documents viewed and specific pages viewed. Would be great if you supported this…

Thank you for your interest in GroupDocs and for the request. Unfortunately, at this time we have no support for GA, but our API has the functionality to get some statistic for the document, for example the number of document views.
We suppose that you use our GroupDocs.Viewer for Cloud plugin for WordPress. Our plugins are free to modify, so you can update our plugin with any functionality you need. Or we can help you to add new functionality to the plugins, in such case we will need description what functionality you need in plugin and how it should be shown, we will be able to investigate the request and add it to our road map.

Do we have any latest update means weather this has been incorporated into the product or customized for specific customer API.
We had similar requirement to track usage like pages viewed by user , duration etc.

Unfortunately, at this time we still have no support for analytics that will be satisfy your requirements. You our first user that asks this feature and if more users will require this feature then we will add it to our road-map.
At the moment I can recommend you to check GetDocumentViews method that will return history of the document views during the existence of the document.
