Anchors & bookmarks lost in conversion

We are in the process of evaluating the product and have come across this issue.

In both Word docs and PDF’s that I can tell. If a hyperlink is added to the page which points to a bookmark or heading on the same or subsequent pages within the document. This link is lost after conversion.

Same goes with a web page saved as PDF that contains page anchor links. When printed as PDF these links are retained, but after being passed through the document viewer these links are lost.

Anyone else experienced this issue.

Thank you for your interest in GroupDocs.Viewer! Can you attach the sample files that you’re converting so we could reproduce this issue on our side?

attached to main post now. Seems same page anchor on a word doc works fine, but multi page doesn’t work on either and PDF not at all.

Thank you for attaching the source files. The conversion of the Word document worked well and the anchor was rendered correctly see word-to-html-anchor.png (68.6 KB). We’ve reproduced the bug when converting the PDF document and created the issue in our internal bug-tracker witth ID VIEWERNET-3962 for the further investigation. As soon as we have any updates well let you know.
