I shared a folder with one of the user in my account.
When the user logged in and tries to annotate a document, the user is receiving the following message
Uh-oh, something went wrong!
No such reviewer.
The annotation tools load fine, but the document does not load.

We have some news for you. Our product team works on resolving the issue and, in the same time, as a temporary solution we can suggest the following:
- Log in as an admin user
- Open any document for annotating
- Add the created user as a collaborator
- In the pop‑up window, enter the created user’s email
Then this user will receive an email; by clicking the marked link the user will be able to annotate this document.
Please note that this is a temporary solution and the main issue will be resolved soon, after which you will be able to share folders/files and use basic logic.
