Annotation not working for shared folders


I shared a folder with one of the user in my account.

When the user logged in and tries to annotate a document, the user is receiving the following message

Uh-oh, something went wrong!

No such reviewer.

The annotation tools load fine, but the document does not load.



We are sorry to hear that you have such issue. We have reproduced it and our product team will resolve it soon. When it will be done you will be notified here.

We have some news for you. Our product team works on resolving the issue and in same time as a temporary solution we can suggest you next:

1. Loggin as an admin user
2. Opend any document for annotating
3. Add created user as a collaborator
4. In the pop up window put created user email

Then this user will get such email by clicking marked link user will be able to annotate this document.

Please note that this is a temporary solution and soon the main issue will be resolved and you will be able to share folders/files and use basic logic.
