Annotation toolbar problem no images shown

Hi,

We recently upgraded our application to .NET framework 4.5 from 4.0 and we encountered problems regarding the controls of the viewer and annotations. We are using 64.bit Classic mode
I solved the problem with the viewer images by replacing:


with this one:


but the same problem occurs with the toolbox of the annotation window and the print button, the other buttons are ok. I am using the next handlers:










what changes should i make or add handlers to make the toolbox buttons images visible in annotation window?
PS. i tried changing the last three handlers with combinations 32 and 64 but i got this error instead:
0x800a139e - JavaScript runtime error: SignalR: SignalR is not loaded. Please ensure jquery.signalR-x.js is referenced before ~/signalr/hubs.
