I’m using the trial version GroupDocs.Annotation.WebSamples and I keep getting this error,
“At most 4 elements (for any collection) can be viewed in evaluation mode” everytime I run the sample in my VS2015. Do I need a license file? Help?

Yes you need license to avoid this trial limitation. You can get free temporary license from here to evaluate our API.
