Auto Update Table of Content Page

Halo GroupDocs Team,

I have to create a report with table of content. It has dynamic data and I have tried to create it with standard Microsoft Word Table of Content but when I deploy the report, the page did not update automatically.
Could you please help?

Could you please share more details? We need source, output files and GroupDocs.Assembly example code/application to investigate the scenario.
Also specify the API version that you are using.
