Branded Logo Not Working


I have uploaded a logo to be used in the GroupDocs Viewer inside of the settings panel. However, the default GroupDocs logo is still populating. The issue is exemplified here:

When we first started using the GroupDocs Viewer product, back in June of 2015, we were having the same issue and were told that it was a short term anomaly and that it would be rectified. Over six months later, the issue remains. What now?
