I create some form and give users to sign, but there i see that i have some mistakes and i need to change some field.

You can only make changes to a form, if it is in Draft status. However, to modify fields in a published form, you can perform the following steps:
1. Log in to GroupDocs account.
2. Go to Signature dashboard and click Forms under Documents.
3. Click “Copy” in line with the form name to create a duplicate copy.
4. Now, you can redo the steps to rename form fields as per your need and publish.
