can u enable our application ip address to be whitelisted in your proxr server for a health checkup service

We need to make a health check on groupdocs services, i.e, to check whether all your services are active. So kindly provide if you have any API for making a health check

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately we will not add any ip to the whitelist for the security reasons.

As for the health check - you can call API which you need via ajax and check if the response status is OK (has code 200).

Thank you for asking. Unfortunately no, as I mentioned in the previous post you can use any API call with dummy data to check if the service is live.
