Cannot copy text in converted html same as original pdf file

Hi support team,
I using GroupDocs Conversions .NET for convert file to html.
I can not copy text in converted html same as original pdf file because text was converted to image.
This problem occurred with original pdf created by:

  • PDFLib
  • Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 17 Paper Capture Plug-in.

Can you tell me the list of PDF producer, which have same limitation?
Sample source code is same with my other topic.

Could you please share the problematic/source and resultant PDF files?

For information security reasons, these cannot be shared.
My question is the list of PDF producer, which have same limitation, if you have.

We are not aware of such PDF tools/software. However, if you are using GroupDocs.Conversion to convert a PDF to HTML and the output doesn’t allow to copy text (text is converted to image in the resultant HTML), we may need a problematic file to reproduce and investigate the issue.
