Cannot delete files from My Conversions

Hello. I am trying to reduce my storage usage by removing old conversions from MyConversions (https://apps.groupdocs.com/conversion2/#listing#).

I am not able to remove files with a status of “Completed” or “Postponed”, which are taking up 67% of my storage. How can I remove these files please?
