Cannot Render a document located at a web location

I ran the example in GroupDocs.Viewer-for-.NET-master but the method

List<PageHtml> pages = htmlHandler.GetPages(DocumentURL,options);

always thrown error:

Additional information: Could not find file '\\psf\Home\Downloads\GroupDocs.Viewer-for-.NET-master\GroupDocs.Viewer-for-.NET-master\Examples\Data\Storage\http://www.pdf995.com/samples/pdf.pdf'.
