Can't build executable jar with maven

Hi again! I’ve got into troubles trying to export sample project to executable jar file. Here is my pom.xml:

4.0.0

com.osnewhorizon
Convert
0.0.1-SNAPSHOT
jar

Convert

<project.build.sourceEncoding>UTF-8</project.build.sourceEncoding>

junit
junit
4.11
com.groupdocs
groupdocs-conversion
1.3.0
jar

maven-assembly-plugin
2.3
jar-with-dependencies
com.osnewhorizon.Convert.App
package
single
maven-compiler-plugin
2.3.2
1.8
1.8

And here is my error log:

As I remove groupdocs dependency section everything builds and works. I’ve installed your library to mvn. Project can be executed directly from the IDE and it works as expected. When I try to export jar file without maven build the jar falls with Exception “vendor == null”.
Any help would be appriciated.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Could you please specify which version of Java and jdk (Oracle or OpenJDK) you use . Our library is large enough and with Java 6 can occur this issue. Also the issue can depend from the maven plugin version , so try to check with higher version of the plugin.

If it will not help you then please prepare for us a demo project which can reproduce the issue and share it with us. We will investigate it to find a reason.

Currently I’ve solved a problem by exporting an Executable JAR file, while your library isn’t packaged in it, but placed in the folder at same level.

Hello ,

Glad to hear this.
