Does anyone know why you can find “Welcome” in a .pdf and .msg as an example for a search term but not in a .docx file? (Exported from Word)
Next is also strange that “Welcome” is found but not “Welcome to”.
Please share following details and we’ll look into this scenario:
- API version that you are using (e.g. 20.10, 21.1)
- Example code
- Sample document(s)
As we cannot reproduce this issue with sample DOCX file.
