We found character miss match issue in GroupDocs, the left side scree shot is actual native file content and the right side screen shot is converted file from GroupDocs. There is mismatch in the characters. Please refer to the attached screen.

Hello, we used GroupDocs library instead of API for the conversion. We are using GroupDocs.Conversion version 24.6.0.

Could you please share the font of the source file (font used in the source file)? Otherwise, it would be great if you share the source file with the sample text/paragraph using that issue could be reproduced. Also specify if you are using .NET or Java library?
