Colour gradients lost in Vectors

We have a PDF that contains a vector graphics with a color gradient on one of its arms. Which should look like this

If we run this through the demo site which converts to an image we are given this.

Attached is the PDF that has the issue, can’t seem to figure out what is going on here and cant see any settings I could change to get this to work.

Our online app is running on Linux and renders documents to PNG. When rendering to HTML different engine is being used so the output may differ, also it may differ on Windows.

Thank you for attaching the screenshots and the source file. I have reproduced this issue. The issue is under investigation. As soon as we have any new information we’ll let you know.
