IN addition to doc conversion, rendering and viewing features, does any of the product line supports the content usage analytics i.e. events, parameters e.g. how many pages viewed, page navigation events etc.

Thanks for taking interest in GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET.
The next generation GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET (starting from version 3.0.0) is a back-end document rendering API in which UI has been disintegrated. The API supports rendering of documents into HTML pages or images and you will have to create your own front end application to view/display these rendered pages. The API does not provide any built-in functions for analytics. However, you can implement these features in your front end application.
