Currently the conversion of XFA PDF files is not working. It was working previously without issues. We tried with the attached file.
We also tried files on the GroupDocs online viewer and they were not able to generate a preview.
Please let me know any further information you require. I can supply a sample file if required.
Thanks for reporting this. The attachment didn’t come through with your post — could you re-upload the sample file? Together with the GroupDocs.Conversion version you’re on and a short snippet of the conversion code, that should be enough for us to reproduce it on our side.
It would also help if you could describe what “not working” looks like in your case — is an exception thrown (and if so, the message and stack trace), or does the conversion finish but produce a broken or empty output file? If you happen to remember roughly when this last worked for you, that would also help narrow down which release introduced the regression.
