Convert a Word file with trendlines in graphs to PDF using Java

the trendlines in some graphs are not rendering properly when converting from word to pdf. the attached file has the original word document, a pdf that is a groupdoc conversion of that document to pdf, and a screenshot of the second graph with the correct trendline as it shows in word and libreoffice.

Product version: GroupDocs Conversion Java version 17.12
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.5

This issue is reproduced at our end as well. Hence, it has been logged in our internal issue tracking system with ID:CONVERSIONJAVA-525. As we have any update on it, we shall update you.

Your reported issue CONVERSIONJAVA-525 is now resolved in latest release of the API. Please download 18.12 and share your feedback.
