Convert Word documents to PDF in C# .NET

I am looking into purchasing group docs total and I need to be able to remove pages from a pdf, merge pdf’s, highlight text in a pdf and redact portions of a pdf. Are these things that group docs can do?

Additionally I am looking to convert word docs and xls files to pdf, and it looks like you have a module that would support that as well.
