Converting certain EPS to PDF renders an error message instead of the file in .NET

There is some very strange output when converting the attached EPS file to PDF using GroupDocs.Conversion 20.6:

It basically renders this error message with mirrored letters instead of the actual image:

Environment not satisfactory for this job. Ensure that the PPD is correct
or that the PostScript level requested is supported by this printer.

No special settings are used for conversion.
