Thank you for the example of the project. I have checked it and all works well. Please try to clean/rebuild the solution and try again.

Also I want to notify you that you use a very old version of the library which is not supported any more. Since that please take a look at our latest version of the library and the examples for it: https://github.com/groupdocs-viewer/GroupDocs.Viewer-for-.NET/tree/master/Examples
