We are trying to reproduce the issue on our side , but we can't reproduce it yet. The print with watermarks works well for us, as you can see on a screenshot.
Could you please specify, may be you see any errors in browser console , or you are getting the issue with one file that on your video and for other files this feature works well? Also will be useful if you share with us your file example.

Could you please share with us the screenshot of response from server that has a status "500", because we still can't reproduce the issue on our side and we need to know that the server returns in this response. We have checked your web.config and seems it is correct .

Btw, could you please say if you have server logs? Maybe we can find out what the issue is on sever side.

We were able to reproduce the same issue at our side. For the sake of correction, we have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as WEB-1892. We have linked this forum thread to the same issue and you will be notified via this forum thread once this issue is resolved.

Our product team will try to resolve this issue ASAP and then we will release a hotfix of this version of the GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET
