Custom Font not being utilized for more than one conversion and giving errors

While I’m trying to upload and convert a PPT file to HTML - the very first time the custom font from the S3 bucket is utilized but again with another document conversation within few mins of previous conversion the conversion fails with the following error.

"Could not find a part of the path ‘/tmp/p4djy1bg.ptn/calibri.ttf’

Please share following details and we’ll look into this scenario:

  • GroupDocs.Conversion API version that you are using
  • Development environment details (e.g. server, .NET framework or Java version )
  • Sample application and steps using that issue could be reproduced
  • Source/problematic file
