We have released requested feature for jQuery version of signature front-end (that you were using). As we already have Angular version of Signature, you will need to bump version of jQuery front-end to a latest version manually in package.json and then rebuild solution. @groupdocs.examples.jquery/signature - npm.

In Addition, Is there any change to get the required changes for this feature instead of all the code changes ?
Please note that latest changes are deployed at both back-end code and jQuery level. If you want this feature in jQuery based then please follow the procedure mentioned in above thread. And if you want to use it in Angular based project then simply migrate.
