We are using groupdocs viewer for viewing the document file but the header of the content preview is different from original file. I added sample file, Screen shot of the image and Code changes in the attachments.

Thank you for attaching the source file. This DOCX file uses fields. To view fields press ALT + F9 in MS Word.
The field values are the following:
When rendering DOCX files GroupDocs.Viewer updates the fields and as a result, values are changed. You can achieve the same result if you update field values. To update field values select field(s) and press F9.
