Document viewer API evaluation error in .NET

Hi Team,

We are a Dev & service team for SHELL. We are using GroupDocs viewer for .NET in our web project.
Recently, we have renewed our license. But still, all files are showing evaluation only mark.
Please help us to resolve this issue.

Please share following details and we’ll investigate this scenario:

  • API version that you are using (e.g. 20.5, 20.6)
  • License file in a private message

You are using a very old version of the API that is no longer supported. Please integrate latest API version that is 20.6.1. Have a look at the release notes. API was totally restructured (as compare to v2.19) since version 3.x.
