Document with combination of drop down and text controls doesn't open up correctly in the GroupDocs viewer

When the document has controls like drop down and text in page header or page footer, then it doesn’t render correctly in the rest of the pages when we view in GroupDocs viewer.

The original file has a set of controls like few drop down a static text in between and then again few drop down controls.

The controls are also there in the footer section.

But when we view in the viewer, the text piece doesn’t show up.

The original file is in word, but since you do not accept word, I am uploading a PDF version of the document.

  • Platform of the API (.NET or Java)
  • Version of the API
  • Rendering mode (Html or Image)

In case you are facing issue while attaching the original Word document, you can send that to us by putting into a zip archive. We shall be looking forward to your response.

Please find the attached zip file containing both the original document in the Docx version and in PDF version. Please use the docx version of the document for your investigation.
