Documents not visible. Embedded links work- upload - download works. Just cand see docs

The documents I uploaded to my account are not visible in your viewer either from my dashboard or my website. The files are present on my dashboard and and when downloaded, they open correctly and are wiewable. I think there might be an issue with your viewer. If you can’t get this fixed soon i need my money back.

Thanks for getting in touch, can you give me some more details about the problems that you are seeing?

Ideally if you could attach one of the document's in a reply to this message it will help us to get the bottom of the issue that you are seeing a-lot faster?

It would also help to attach a screenshot if you are getting an errors?
