The callbackurl for the signature api is used when the document is sent and when it is signed. Is it used when the document is viewed?

Hitting the callback url when the document is viewed is helpful because if someone views a document but does not move to sign it that may mean something to the person who sent the document. I think it would be a nice feature and it is currently part of the docusign workflow.
Also when the callback url is hit there is no indication as to which stage the document is in. Was it sent or viewed? It wold be nice if this information was sent when the callback url was used.
