Error converting CGM to EMF

I want to convert CGM files to EMF files.
I found your system through an Internet search.

I installed it in my visual studio as a free trial.
(GroupDocs.Conversion_23.2-NET.msi)

I tried to convert a CGM file to an EMF file, but an error occurs.

Notes
・CGM can be opened with other software.
・An error occurs even with another CGM file.

Could you tell me the cause and countermeasures?
